The user guide explains why most neck and upper back pain happens, especially if you’re using a laptop, tablet or smartphone.  It comes as a 36-page booklet with the Backpod, and also in digital form here.

The guide contains a simple home programme of strengthening exercises, massage, stretches and posture for ongoing care of your upper back and neck.  This is also shown in the videos on the BACKPOD Introduction page.

The second half of the 36-page booklet contains detailed technical information for doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and other health professionals.  The Backpod and its programme will aid and enhance existing treatment from health practitioners.
